Tuesdays 6.30pm-9pm 8 week course Have you become hooked on The Great Pottery Thrown Down? Have you ever wanted to make your own teapot? With expert tuition from our experienced tutors here at the studio you will learn step by step how to create your own ceramics pieces. This course is aimed at beginners who would like a introduction to making with clay. Learn a range of skills including slab building and coil work to design and craft beautiful pottery. Perfect for beginners or even experienced potters who want to refine their skills. Each week, you will learn a new pottery skill that builds on the previous week's lesson with a personal project at the end. Each class begins with a demonstration of a technique such as coil building or slip decoration, those with experience are welcome to follow along or begin working on their own projects.
